Kelly Khumalo pregnant with Khaya Mthethwa’s baby

Barely two weeks after they made their first public appearance, Kelly Khumalo is said to be pregnant with Khaya Mthethwa’s baby.

The cat was let out of the bag when Kelly Khumalo posted a positive pregnancy test result on Instagram with the caption “Lil Khaya”.

Kelly Khumalo has a child with the late Senzo Meyiwa and news of a new bun in the oven got different reactions from South Africans which made Kelly Khumalo delete the post in the end. Kelly and Khaya’s romance has been under wraps for a few months now and the two made their first public appearance at IdolsSA two weeks ago.

A friend of the couple said Kelly Khumalo was over the moon with joy after hearing the news while Khaya was not too happy about it. “Guess it’s because Khaya knows Kelly’s past and how messed up it is and he wants to maintain his good boy image. He is the son of a pastor and will be taking over the church soon. Having a child out-of-wedlock will not go well with church principle”, the friend said adding that abortion was out of the question.

Efforts to get comment from both Kelly and Khaya drew a blank
