Apple iPad Air price in South Africa, specs & features

Core Group announced that the iPad Air will be available by the end of next week from Apple Premium Resellers (iStore and Digicape), Apple Authorised Retailers and cellular partners with prices starting at R5,999.

The iPad Air is the fifth generation iPad tablet computer designed, developed and marketed by Apple Inc. It was announced on October 22, 2013 and was released on November 1, 2013. The iPad Air features a thinner design with similarities to the iPad Mini, along with iOS 7 and the 64-bitApple A7 processor with M7 coprocessor.

Core highlighted that people who purchase an iPad Air will qualify for free productivity and creativity apps.

iPad Air Wi-Fi models will be available in South Africa in silver or space gray for a Recommended Retail Price* of R5999 for the 16GB model, R7399 for the 32GB model, R8699 for the 64GB model and R9999 for the 128GB model. iPad Air with Wi-Fi + Cellular will be available in silver and space gray for the Recommended Retail Price of R7799 for the 16GB model, R8999 for the 32GB model, R9999 for the 64GB model and R11 499 for the 128GB model.
