Tiki Nxumalo popularly known as Sompisi on Generations has died.
The 65 year old actor from Lamontville, Durban became a house hold name after an appearance in a KFC advert.
His big role was on Generations as Sompisi, playing Mam Ruby’s mentally ill dad. In the role, Sompisi had viewers going crazy every weekday with his catchy lines and his tea moments.
“I want to motivate young people to stay true to themselves and focus on making Africa proud by doing well at everything they do,” Tiki said in one interview with Daily Sun.
