DJ Mphulo is bringing a beer festival ekasi next month.
The DJ, whose real name is Mphulo Sebothoma, will be hosting the Ekurhuleni Beer Festival at Huntersfield Stadium, Katlehong on 7 November.
Some of Mzansi’s top artists likes Riky Rick, Kelly Khumalo, Infinite Boys, Da Kruk, Teddybears and many more are set to impress the crowd at the event.
Speaking to SunBuzz, DJ Mphulo said he wants the people of Ekurhuleni to be part of the beer festivals.
“The event is the first of its kind in Ekurhuleni.
“We want people ekasi to taste the world, see the world and feel the beat of the world.
“The line-up speaks for itself as we have the likes of German-born DJ Ralf Gum, Black Diamond Twerker from Botswana, Oskido and US-born Portia Monique to name a few,” he said.
Former Metro FM DJ Sbu, who is also part of the line-up, said: “The beer festival is not for international beers alone.
“We have our very own Soweto beer.”
Tickets are sold at R100 and R300 for VIP from Computicket.
