It was all about six packs, pumped up chests, boobs and booty at the Bon Hotel in the Vaal on Friday as Mzansi's sexiest top 12 celebrities shot the much coveted 2016 calendar.
If it wasn't Generations' Vuyo Dabula with his chiselled Greek-god body flirting with All Access presenter Mbali Nkosi, it was actor Nyaniso Dzedze showing off his dance moves in between the shoot.
The rapport among the top 12 was almost instant as the likes of Skeem Saam actor Oros Mampofu, Club 808 presenter Cyprian Ndlovu, Big Brother alumni Katlego K2 Mabusela, female rapper Nomuzi Mabena and Muvhango actress Buhle Samuels gelled without trying too hard.
Dabula said his never-die spirit made him sexy. "I've been in the industry for 18 years. I was never really known as much as I'm now. I never gave up. I think that's my best asset."
The top 12 will be included in Sowetan LIVE's 2016 calendar and in the newspaper. The overall
sexiest male and female winners will be announced in November.
