Trevor Gumbi Ready to clean toilets

This was after the former Rockville actor reached an agreement with authorities for diversion after being nabbed for allegedly driving over the speed limit.
According to court records, Gumbi was booked by Florida police after being caught doing 131km/h in a 120km/h zone on the morning of October 4.
According to the charge sheet, the funnyman was nailed while driving his snazzy BMW X4 on the N1 South between the Maraisburg off-ramp and the Main Reef bridge.
The stand-up comedian, who has featured in top dramas such as Ses Top La and Vat 'n Sit, was then told to appear at the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on October 6, where the case was withdrawn on diversion.
According to law expert Isaac Mokgobi, diversion is applied on petty offences and when the accused pleads guilty to the charge.
"The court looks at the seriousness of the offence and how the matter would affect the accused should t hey be tried ," Mokgobi said.
"This programme is entered into with the prosecutor out of court."
Gumbi confirmed he was arrested for a traffic violation, but said he was let off the hook after being given a diversion programme by prosecutors.
"I went to court for a traffic violation and got a diversion deal," said Gumbi.
"[It's] more like community service, whereby one cleans toilets or assists with small work at the police station."
But Gumbi would not reveal what his community service would be.
"It's too embarrassing for me to mention it."
Police spokesman Lungelo Dlamini said: "We can confirm the police were investigating a case of reckless and negligent driving.
"It was later withdrawn at court and the accused was referred to a diversion programme.
"The reason for such a decision may be explained by the department of justice."
But the comedian is not the first celebrity to be caught speeding on Mzansi's roads.
Other celebrities who have had brushes with the law for traffic violations are EFF leader Julius Malema, Afrikaans musician Steve Hofmeyr, soccer stars Steven Pienaar, Katlego Mphela and Itumeleng Khune, singer and actress Thembi Seete and DJ Sbu.
