"THAT I'm going to lose is a fact!"
This is what a News24 journalist overheard Oscar Pistorius's lawyer Barry Roux telling state prosecutor Gerrie Nel in Afrikaans earlier after delivering arguments in court.
After court had adjourned on this afternoon, pool microphones for the broadcast picked up Roux and Nel chatting after proceedings, which had been broadcast live.
But the context was not clear. A News24 reporter at the hearing is attempting to contact Roux for clarity.
Judgement has been reserved and the appeal judges will let both parties know when they're ready.
