RAPPERS “Anatii” Anathi Mnyango and Kiernan “AKA” Forbes are said to have found a solution to their beat saga.
And this could mean AKA will lose a few rands, while Anatii will be getting his cash.
Sunday Sun understands the two former BFFs have allegedly decided to settle their issue out of court.
Last month they made headlines when Anatii accused AKA of stealing the beat for his diss single titled Composure.
A source close to the situation told the People’s Paper the two haven’t buried the hatchet yet.
But they are trying to prevent a long legal battle.
Said the source: “Of course, it’s Anatii’s hard work and he won’t let it pass. He deserves every dime of that song.”
The source went on: “AKA knew he was fighting a losing battle with this one, that’s why they reached an agreement.”
The source added it remains unclear how much they have agreed on.
“Details of the agreement is still sketchy at this point.”
The source said he’s happy with the findings.
According to the source, Anatii has no issues with AKA.
He only wants his hard work to be recognised.
“Anatii has no beef with AKA. He’s a professional, he won’t even mind working with AKA in future,” the source said.
AKA was not available for comment.
Yesterday Anatii said: “I can’t comment on that right now.”
