BUSISIWE Veldman (55) of Hammarsdale, west of Durban, is a very angry mamazala.
She said she regrets the day her son met his baby mama.
This is because the makoti allegedly moered her, knocking out her front tooth!
Busisiwe told Daily Sun that every time she looks in the mirror, she gets angry all over again as she can no longer show her pretty smile.
She claimed that her former makoti, Nothando Khanyile (25), attacked her when she tried to stop her from fighting with her son, Thando (25).
“It’s been five months since the attack but I remember it as if it was yesterday. She still walks past my house and insults me,” said Busisiwe.
She tried to open a case but found that Nothando had opened one first.
Nothando denies knocking out Busisiwe’s tooth.
“Busisiwe and her two sons ganged up on me. The tooth must have fallen out during that squabble but I didn’t hit her,” she said.
Colonel Jay Naicker said a case of assault was opened for investigation.
“A 25-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted. The docket was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for a decision,” said Naicker.
